Linx Technologies recognizes the significance of European RoHS compliance to many of our customers. We are committed to a path of RoHS compliance, however, such compliance is especially challenging for RF products like those offered by Linx. Some of our key material suppliers are presently unable to provide materials that are either stable or compliant. We are proceeding with a conversion plan for those products intended for use in countries requiring compliance.

The frequencies that will need to be converted are the 433MHz and 869MHz as these are the only frequencies that are legal in Europe. All other frequencies are illegal in Europe and will not be converted at this time. Our current conversion plan calls for the LR Series to be converted by March and the ES Series and LC and KH transmitters to be converted by April. The LC-S receiver and KH receiver cannot be made compliant, so no conversion is possible. Customers requiring compliant parts should transition to the LR Series receiver. The file below lists the Linx Certificate of Compliance and the estimated conversion dates for each part. These dates are estimates as to when our current inventory will deplete.
